Tiffany Ching-Han Chang is a self-proclaimed entomologist and writer. She came from the Bay Area to UC Merced to study Biology with an emphasis in Ecology and Evolution. Her interests include pollinators and beetles. She studies the changing relationships humans have had with insects over the ages. One day, Tiffany hopes to research how different cultures integrate arthropods into their mythology and apply them to contemporary ideas of insect education to foster conservation. She can personally go on for hours about Ancient Egyptian mythology. Tiffany believes that the future of education lies within combining the humanities with the hard sciences which guides her to the diverse topics of papers she is working on.
