• Roots (square roots and cube roots)
• Powers & exponents (product of powers, power of powers, quotient of powers)
• Factoring trinomials, differences of squares, and perfect squares
• Exponents, monomials, and polynomials
• Inequalities (systems, graphs, and addition and multiplication property of inequalities)
• Inequalities involving absolute value
• Absolute value (comparing and solving absolute value equations & statements)
• Identifying and graphing linear and nonlinear equations (coordinate plane, intercepts & slope of lines, equation for a line given its slope, equation for a line given two points)
• Multiplying and dividing rational expressions
• Dividing a polynomial by a monomial, binomial
• Solving rational equations
• Simplifying, adding, subtracting, and multiplying radical expressions
