About Us

The Personnel Unit supports the recruitment and separation processes of all academic, staff, and student appointments within the School of Natural Sciences. We serve as an advising resource regarding academic and staff personnel policies and procedures.


Vision

The School of Natural Sciences Personnel Unit is committed to providing guidance and support to the Academic and Staff community to effectively nurture the mission of the University in Research, Teaching and Public Service. 

 

Mission

The School of Natural Sciences Personnel Unit provides support in the career success of our diverse faculty, staff, students and research personnel.  We strategically manage, analyze, interpret, and implement personnel policies and procedures to sustain a vibrant, inclusive and internationally recognized academic community.  The Personnel office serves as a resource for information by offering advice, support, training, and compliance.  We value integrity, accountability, respect, and excellent and timely customer service.
