How to Post a Recruitment or Request a Student Hire
Use the Student Assistant Classification Guide and Student Assistant Pay Rate Schedule 2024 to aid you in determining the proper Student Assistant Classification, job functions, and pay.
To conduct an open search through a recruitment, complete this Student Recruitment Webform. Most positions are posted within 10 business days. You will be notified if further information is needed and/or once the position has been posted.
To hire a student from an open search OR to hire a student without an open search, complete this Student Hire Request Webform.
Our office submits a new hire intake form with Student Employment Services. The student will be contacted to complete new hire paperwork. Please note that students may not start working until you have received the "Clear To Work Email" from Student Employment Services.
