Initiating a Postdoctoral Scholar Recruitment

  • The Principal Investigator (PI) must complete the Postdoctoral Scholar AP Recruit Job Posting Request
    • The webform will be sent directly to Stephanie Lopez via email to process the search.
    • The posting will also be posted on the Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC), Circaworks as well as AP Recruit.
    • The posting has to be opened for a minimum of 14 days before candidates can be interviewed.
  • If the PI has a scholar to hire and would like to forgo an open search, the PI will need to submit a Waiver of Recruitment Form (MAPP 3072) to be reviewed and approved by the Dean and Executive Vice Chancellor.
